1. Determine the installation height of sliding door
It is generally recommended that the height of the door should not be less than 2.07m, in which the height of the door itself accounts for 1.95m, and 0.12m is the height of the rail box. Once the height of the door is less than 1.95m, people will feel depressed.
 

2. The width of sliding door
The golden size of the door is about 0.8m * 2m. Under this structure, the door is relatively stable; If the height of the door is more than 2m, the width of the door shall be narrowed or several more sliding doors shall be made to maintain the stability and use safety of the door while keeping the original area unchanged.
 

3. Datum line
When installing the sliding door, the horizontal line and coordinate datum line shall be used to measure the horizontal position, which is the premise and guarantee to ensure the continuity of the sliding door in later use.
 

4. Door fixing position
Dismantle the bolts and nuts on the hanger, put them on the I-steel slide rail, and fix the I-steel slide rail on the bottom of the upper beam with screws. Fix the lower guide rail with expansion bolts or plastic expansion screws.
 

5 .Installation of fixed pendant or rail
The track is installed to ensure smooth movement of the sliding door; When installing the door leaf, install the suspension bolt into the special hole on the top of the upper riser of the door leaf, level the down guide rail of the door with a wooden mold, and then fix the suspension bolt with the pendant with a nut; Or the rail is fixed on the ground with screws.
 

6. Inspection
Because sliding doors will bear various forces during use, after installation, check this aspect, try several times, and observe whether the doors are smooth when sliding.
